Clever - but as acting Admin for the group -
I need to ask why you have added it to the
Socially Unacceptable Group?
Posted 42 months ago.

|
|
@monster
streetchildren and streetartists are not
the most accepted group in our society.
it's a plea for empathy and communication
in the streets.
it's also a message of hope towards everyone who has to survive in difficult
social situations.

Hi, I love this... it reminds me of how
imaginative kids can be, how talented at
inventing new ways of seeing.
It also makes me a little homesick for
Melbourne. They have these big flagstone
(bluestone?) payments in the city centre, and
during summers there used to be tons of chalk
artists. It was one of the things that, as a
kid, symbolised being "in the city"
to me - walking along Swanston Street from
the station, seeing drawings half done in the
morning and finished by the time we walked
back to go home. Nothing like that ever
happened in the suburbs. :-)
Thanks too for sharing it under creative
commons. I've used it in my quote mashup set
here:
www.flickr.com/photos/lynetter/411235487/in/s
et-720575941...
