WOW! Thanks everyone for all of the kind
comments, and the faves, and for just taking
the time to look! Patience did pay off this
time, and I sort of needed to come away with
a good shot to offset my frustration from a
couple nights earlier.
This is the low-quality JPG and I lightened
a tiny bit in Picasa after. I intend to go
back to the RAW file and generate a
higher-quality copy to replace this one.

 I've just been thinking about time-lapse a
bit recently and you're right. Truly that
night up by the bridge was just an amazing
sight to take in, and capturing time lapse
